Enyo International hosted a 12 person women’s leadership delegation from Kenya comprising of governmental officials, governor’s wives, business women and men.
The delegation was led by Honorable Dr. Ida Odinga who is a prominent women in Africa and the wife of the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Raila Odinga.
The delegation is a part of Enyo International’s Women -in- Action: Empowering Women through Business Development and Global Partnerships initiative.
We began the activities in Lansing, Michigan in celebration of ATHENA International’s 35th Anniversary Leadership Conference and concluded in the Triangle area with participation in the ATHENA of the Triangle Women’s Leadership luncheon, US National Committee for UN Women NC Chapter’s -“When A Women Leads” luncheon, a Business Women’s Networking dinner and Enyo’s -“The African Women Leadership Forum” held in conjunction with North Carolina Central University’s School of Education.
